Ordering from the Web site

If the box you wish to order is IN STOCK it will have a BUY NOW button on the specifications page.   The BUY NOW button will take you to Paypal for credit card processing.   You do not need to set up a Pay Pal account to use this gateway for payment.   A box without a BUY NOW button is not currently in stock.   We suggest you e-mail us with your box request and we will contact you about ordering a box like the one pictured on our box page.

Please do not put your credit card number in an e-mail when sending inquiries/orders.  It is not secure. We’ll contact you regarding payment.

If you wish to call us with your order please do so between 9am to 9pm EST at 508-870-0501.   We will return your call as soon as possible.

Custom Ordering  

To custom order a box email 29designswith your requirements. Include the following information:

• The type of box (if you want a box similar to one on the web-site include the model number of that box)
• The dimensions of the box you would like
• Any special requirements for the interior of the box
• Whether the box should be lined or not
• Any specific exterior details, i.e. inlay, marquetry, etc.
• What species of wood or woods you would like

After we receive your specifications we will contact you if we have questions.   Once we have settled on the specifics of your order , we will send a confirmation with all the specifications for your box and, if we feel necessary, a sketch of the box.   We will also provide the pricing information for the box and the shipping costs.   You will need to approve the specifications before placing an order.

To place an order for a custom box a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work can begin. Once the box is completed you will receive notification and an invoice for the balance due plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Once payment is verified, the box will be shipped. 


Privacy Statement  

The privacy of our customers is of primary importance to us.   We carefully protect any personal information you provide.  29 Designs Woodworking does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties under any circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

We generally process box orders within 2-3 business days once confirmation of payment is received on in-stock items.  We will notify you immediately if there will be a delay with your order.

We ship via UPS to all locations in the continental U.S. UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are available in the U.S.   If you wish to upgrade from our standard ground service, please notify us at the time you place the order and we will update your invoice to reflect the increased shipping costs.  Please be sure your address is typed in correctly.

Sales taxes are charged on all orders delivered in Massachusetts. No sales taxes are charged on orders shipped to any other states.

Returns

We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization (RA) has been issued by 29 Designs. Please contact us at 508-756-4087 or via email to request a RA number. Returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date or no credit will be given. An RA is REQUIRED.  A return authorization is required so that we can confirm you understand how to safely package the item for return shipping. Returned items must be unused and must be carefully packed and returned in an appropriate box. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credit cannot be given for damaged, custom, or special order boxes.

For eligible items, you will be credited the cost of the item less a 20% re-stocking fee within 5 days of our receiving the delivery. We do not credit shipping costs.

Custom boxes cannot be returned.
